BOOKING POLICIES

HAIR PREPARATION
•    Please remove your prior hairstyle before your arrival. Removal services are an additional $50 (if applicable). If your service interrupts the following appointment, your appointment may be subject to the cancellation policy.
•    If you choose to shampoo before your appointment, do not add any products to your hair afterward.
•    Shampoo is included with every service unless otherwise specified.

DEPOSIT
•    A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

CANCELLATIONS
•    A 24-hour notice is required to cancel any service. Notices given less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% service fee, which must be paid before scheduling another appointment. No exceptions.

RESCHEDULES
•    A 24-hour notice is required to reschedule any service. Notices given less than 24-hours in advance will be subject to the cancellation policy. No exceptions.

NO CALL/NO SHOW
•    Failure to call or show up will incur a 100% service fee. The fee must be paid before booking another service. No exceptions.

CLIENT CONTACT
•    Please ensure all contact information (phone number, email, and related detail) is current and accurate.
•    Failure to update your contact information will result in immediate service cancellation with no exceptions.

LATE ARRIVALS
•    Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is provided. After the grace period, a $15 late fee will be applied to service. If your service causes an interruption to the following appointment, your appointment will be subject to the cancellation policy.

GUEST
•    Limited space available.
•    Please do not bring extra guests who are not receiving a service

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO CONSENT
•    By booking and receiving services, you hereby grant Classy Crowns Loc'd the right and permission to capture before-and-after photographs and/or videos of the services provided. These images and videos may be used for marketing, promotional, website, social media, and portfolio purposes. Your likeness may or may not be identifiable in such content.
•    Services will be provided only with your consent to this policy. By proceeding with an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agreed to this consent.

Q: Do you provide kids' services?
A: Yes, we are kid-friendly and offer kids' pricing for ages 4-8.

Q: Do you offer loc extension services?
A: No, we specialize in organically grown locs.

Q: Do you offer micro loc services?
A: Yes, we install and maintain micro locs.

Q: Do you accept walk-ins?
A: Yes, walk-ins are welcome (when available), but scheduled clients have priority. We highly recommend scheduling an appointment.

Q: Do you offer natural hair services?
A: Yes, we provide services for all hair textures.
